Data Entry Typing Test Instructions

NOTE:  We are looking for accuracy...being of most importance.
            Speed is second. You may want to use a book or paper rest.

1)  This data entry typing test, is a entry form that uses a combination of typing and drop down boxes.

2)  Print out these PDF sheets. (9 pages) You must type in all pages!
          These are the entry sheets you will type from and the 1st one is a practice page!

3)  Turn on your "CAP LOCK", located on your keyboard.  Everything may be in all caps.

4)  Important:  You must type in the "Sample-Practice Page" before you begin.

5)  Don't Worry...The first page...you enter...is for practice.  Take your time...on this page.
         (Do not click on the "Next Trip Entry" until you are ready to begin)

6)  When you hit the "Next Trip Entry" key, at the bottom of the page...
          ...your test has begun so please have your entry sheets in front of you...ready to go.

7)  Remember to place the practice page to the back of your stack. 

8)  You will re-enter the practice page again, as your last entry.  (Total of 10 pages)

9)  The "Your Name" Field is the 1st three initials of your last name and the 1st two initials
     of your first name followed by 008. (EXAMPLE: Freddy Smith = SMIFR008)
